Jesus said “Let the little children come to me.” We feel the same way! We are a church that loves our kids and are so happy for them to be part of our community. We want our kids to be happy, healthy, and have as many opportunities as possible to grow in their faith together.

Sunday School

Our kids Sunday School begins in the fall of each year and ends in late spring, taking a break during the summer. When we meet for Sunday school we meet at 9:15 before worship each Sunday. All our kids from k-5 grade meet together in one classroom. We meet both in person and online so that everybody, including our parents, are safe and comfortable coming to Sunday School. Families wishing to send their kids to Sunday school need only show up in person. To join online, please contact the church office at conynghamumc@ptd.net or at (570) 788-3960.

Family-Oriented Activities

Throughout the year, and particularly in the summer we have many activities and events for our kids and the whole family. These include things like movie nights, pool parties, Easter Egg hunts, and more. To see what family friendly events are coming up, check out our newsletter and our calendar.

Kids Choir

During non-Covid times we have a kids choir that gives our kids a chance to exercise their musical gifts, have fun, and make lifelong friendships. When the pandemic winds down check back here to see when our kids choir will return.
